Our
office staff is trained to provide you with the best medical care that
your child needs. The front desk receptionists are bilingual. They will
give you the appointments with Dr. Francelis Gonzalez, Dr. Astrid
Lopez, Dr. Maria Bernal and Dr. Chandan Mazumder. Our Physician
Assistants, Lillian Paulino-Sing, Fany Aquino and Yameci Gutierrez will
be able to attend to your child needs as well. Jessie Owens is our
Kissimmee & Davenport office Manager. Jannelle Gorbea is the office
manager for our East Orlando office & David Afanador is the Office
manager for the Clermont office.
Our billing department will
help you with any questions regarding your insurance claims. Sandra
Resto is the billing manager in our Kissimmee office. Our billing
manager in Davenprot is Marisol Fuentes.
Victor M. Pantoja Jr. is the office administrator and will assist you with any concerns you may have.

What To Expect: Patients
with obstruction of the external ear canal could suffer of obstructive
hearing loss. Also when they have excessive ear wax is impossible to
determine if they have an ear infection. In our facility we do ear
lavages in patients with excessive ear wax.
Preprocedure: Written instructions are given to the parents in order to prepare the patient for the procedure.
